Mediterranean Cuisine Festival at the Meliá Cahaba Hotel

Beginning November 23 through December 2, 2007, the elegant Meliá Cohiba will host
a Mediterranean Cuisine Festival where clients can treat their palates to exquisite flavours from this geographic region, including specialties prepared with rice and delicious sea food.
The festival will be held in El Abanico Fusion Restaurant and under the guidance of Spanish chef Santiago Bautista, who recently joined the Meliá Cohiba Hotel, renowned in the Cuban capital for its exquisite culinary specialties.
El Abanico is a gourmet restaurant with a sophisticated gastronomic offer and artfully decorated in Cuban colonial style, including stained glass windows and paintings that recreate the wonderfully eclectic ambience of the city.
